Return Policy                          

Our Return policy First, we require a notification message immediately after acknowledgement of receipt of Items or books, there after the duration runs as follows lasts 2 days within Nairobi County, 7 days for counties neighboring Nairobi County, & 20 days from other Counties. Beyond the same hour when we received the notification message on the 21^st day, since acknowledgement of receipt of items/books unfortunately we are sorry, can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase e.g. Mpesa code. There are certain situations where only 50% partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

• Book with obvious signs of use
• Any item that is returned more than 21 days after the returned date elapses.

Note: Where 50% partial refunds is applicable, there is no book exchange options.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and made in the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacement (if applicable)

We only replace books if they are defaced or damaged. This is subject to immediate notification upon receipt of the book. If you need to exchange it for a different book, send us a notification at fastlanebookstore@gmail.com  and arrange for shipping at your own cost.

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us via telephone +254 729936418 and/or email us at prior to shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
